Three years ago, I started working with doctors on one thing: crafting their digital presence perfectly. Along the way, I had the opportunity to speak with over 2,000 of their patients.

I kept asking what made them choose their doctor, and a clear pattern showed up. The answers always came back to the same thing. “There was something I connected with. Something made me trust this doctor.”
